When you submit a free inspection request or contact form on this site, we collect:

• Phone number (if you choose to provide it)
• Any project description you write in the message field
• The page URL where you submitted the form
• Approximate IP address and basic browser metadata (for spam prevention)

We also collect anonymous analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, referrer, device type, country) via Plausible and Google Analytics. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

How we use your information

The information you provide via inspection requests is used to:

• Match you with the licensed crawl space contractor we work with in your Tennessee metro
• Send your inquiry to that contractor so they can contact you to schedule the inspection
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request
• Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions

Who we share your information with

We share your inspection request information with exactly one contractor per inquiry — the licensed contractor we work with in your Tennessee metro. We do not sell your information to lead aggregators, marketing databases, or unaffiliated third parties.

We use the following service providers to deliver this service, and they have access to information necessary to perform their functions:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, content delivery, and form security
• Resend: Email delivery for confirmations and contractor notifications
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly site analytics (no personal information)
• Google Analytics 4: Site analytics (anonymized)

Cookies and tracking

This site uses minimal cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free. Google Analytics may set cookies for measurement purposes; you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and standard industry practices for data at rest. No internet transmission is 100 percent secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
